Fast forward to Engagement Marketing, in internet terms it would the equivalent of Web 4.0

So you can see how important Social media like Twitter (even though it doesn’t have a business model) is to the development of brand marketing.
People are social animals and we all have the need to communicate. How can anyone explain the power of Twitter and before that Facebook? The immediacy of Twitter takes it one step higher, faster, and further than Facebook.
One of my consultants told me marketing as we know it will be obsolete in 10 years; I suggest 2 years might be more to the point.
